ICMG Opens Early-Bird Registration for Annual Meeting
'Dare To Grow' Theme Explores Insurance Alliances
ASHBURN, VA (August 26, 2009)—The Inter-Company Marketing Group (ICMG), the insurance industry’s leading association devoted to fostering strategic alliances in the insurance and financial services marketplace, has opened registration for its 26th annual meeting to be held Feb. 10-12, 2010, at the Westin La Paloma Resort in Tucson, Arizona.
Registration is available via the Web site at www.icmg.org/annual_meeting or by calling (703) 729-7701. Early-bird registration at a $50 discount is available until October 31, 2009.
A record 353 insurance executives attended ICMG’s 25th annual meeting in 2009 in Orlando, Florida.
"The ICMG annual meeting gives marketing and product decision-makers the chance to network with dozens of existing and potential business partners," explained ICMG president Anne Marie Faria, who is executive vice president of HealthPlan Services. "What our members like is being able to network and connect with hundreds of insurance marketing decision-makers in one place at one time, which saves them time, money and multiple business trips."
At the ICMG meeting's opening session, each attendee gets the special opportunity to make a 30-second introduction of themselves, their company, and what types of business alliances they’re looking for from the meeting.
The 2010 ICMG annual meeting theme is: "Dare To Grow: Building Insurance Alliances That Last." The meeting includes platform presentations, opportunities to find strategic alliance partners and develop business relationships, and a trade show floor. Attendees include marketing and business development decision-makers with insurance carriers, distributors, third party administrators, and other related companies.
