As an exhibitor, you will reach hundreds of senior insurance & financial services executives. There is no better place to meet decision makers who are looking to learn about potential alliances, new products and services, and ideas to improve their business.

Benefits of Exhibiting

Exhibit Fees are $1850 for members, $2350 for nonmembers at the earlybird rate (before October 31) and $2050 for members, $2550 for nonmembers after October 31. The Exhibit fee includes the following:

• Approximately 5 Concentrated Hours of exhibit time - plus additional free networking time. Booth time is concentrated in the middle of the meeting, from Tuesday evening to Wednesday evening, to maximize traffic. In addition to meeting attendees in the exhibit booth, the rest of the conference is available for less formal networking and meeting with attendees of interest.
• Two Exhibitor Registrations to the conference. Exhibitors can attend all three days of the conference for maximum networking opportunities. Additional exhibitors may be added for $745 each.
• Exhibit Booth: 8' deep x 10' wide with 8' high back wall and 3' side rails. Includes one 6' draped table, two chairs, wastebasket, and a sign with company name and booth number.
• Mailing List: Exhibiting companies may send one mailing to all ICMG members before or after the conference. The mailing list will be sent to the exhibiting company's contact person 3 weeks before the conference unless requested at a different time.
• Take-Home Exhibit Hall Guide: ICMG's printed exhibit hall guide, distributed onsite to all attendees, includes full company and contact information for each exhibitor.
• Exhibit Hall Passport Program - with prizes - to help increase traffic at the booths. Exhibitors are welcome to contribute passport prizes for increased visibility at the conference - contact Audrey Wittenburg at 703-729-7701 by January 9.
• Security Service: The Exhibit Hall will be monitored by a security guard; however, exhibitors are responsible for their property and should insure any valuables.

6:30-7:30pm Find Your Dinner Partner - Networking Cocktail Hour in the Exhibit Hall (1 Hour of Exhibits)
7:30-8:30pm Exhibitor Move-Out (optional)

How To Register as an Exhibitor

To register as an Exhibitor, please submit the forms provided in the Exhibit Brochure linked below. By early December the Contact Person listed on the Exhibit Application form will receive the GES Exhibitor Service Kit, which has forms for ordering electrical service and shipping information. If you have any questions or have trouble opening the files below, please contact Audrey Wittenburg at 703-729-7701 or awittenburg@icmg.org.

Exhibit Brochure & Application Includes Exhibitor agreement, show times, and forms needed to sign up as an exhibitor.

Exhibit Hall Floorplan Shows available booth locations.

GES Exhibitor Service Kit Includes shipping info, electricity order form, etc. Will be posted here by December 1.

ICMG Mailing List Each exhibiting company may send one mailing to ICMG members before or after the conference. The list will be sent to the Contact Person listed on the Exhibit Application form 3 weeks before the meeting unless requested at a different time.
