Tucson - Paloma Village

If you are unable to get a room for the ICMG Meeting at the Westin La Paloma Resort, we encourage you to make a reservation at the nearby Embassy Suites Tucson - Paloma Village. These rooms are refundable up February 6, so you can transfer over to the Westin La Paloma if you find that a room has opened up there.

The Embassy Suites Tucson - Paloma Village is located at 3110 East Skyline Drive, Tucson, AZ 85718 (520-352-4000), about a mile from the Westin La Paloma. It offers complimentary parking and breakfast, as well as a complimentary shuttle service to and from the ICMG Meeting at the Westin La Paloma.

Reservations

ICMG's special discounted rate for the meeting week is $239 per night. Extend your stay for up to two days before and after the meeting at the same rate (based on availability).

The cutoff date for this ICMG Block is February 2, 2010.

From Tucson International Airport to the Embassy Suites:
From Tucson International Airport (14 miles), exit the Airport onto Tucson Boulevard. Tucson Boulevard becomes Benson Highway. Continue on Benson Highway turning slightly to the left at the fork in the road, .6 miles. Turn right onto S. Kino Parkway, first stop light. S. Kino Parkway becomes N. Campbell Avenue. Continue on Campbell Avenue 6.7 miles. Turn right on Skyline Drive. Drive 1/2 block.

Local transportation arrangements can be made through Arizona Stagecoach (www.azstagecoach.com) (approx. $42/way) or by taking a taxi from the airport (approx. $47).
