Reservations

ICMG's special discounted rate for the meeting week is $265 per night single/double, with no resort fee. Staying onsite is important for the extra networking and time to connect with other attendees, so make your reservations early! Extend your stay for up to three days before and after the meeting at the same rate (based on availability).

For ICMG Online Reservations go to www.starwoodmeeting.com/StarGroupsWeb/res?id=0904154758&key=25348, or to make reservations by phone call 520-742-6000, ask for Reservations, and mention ICMG.

The cutoff date for accepting reservations into the ICMG Block was Tuesday, January 19, 2010. We encourage you to still call the Westin La Paloma first, as rooms if available will still qualify for the ICMG Group rate. If no rooms are available, continue checking back periodically, as room cancellations may happen up to about 3 days before the event. An additional hotel room block is being held one mile away at the Embassy Suites Paloma Village - see Embassy Suites Block Info. The cutoff date for that block is February 2, after which rooms will be at the group rate if available.

If you have a hotel room that you need to cancel: Please contact ICMG first at 703-729-7701 so that we may match your room up with an ICMG member waiting to get in!
