Reservations

ICMG's special discounted rate for the meeting week is $245 per night single/double/triple/quad, with no resort fee. Staying onsite is important for the extra networking and time to connect with other attendees, so make your reservations early! Extend your stay for up to three days before and after the meeting at the same rate (based on availability).

NOTE: ICMG's housing is being coordinated by Empire Meeting Solutions; to ensure that you are in the ICMG block with its preferred rate and policies use the link or phone number posted here rather than contacting Doral directly. If you need to change or cancel your reservation,* call Empire at 800-456-6778 (Doral will not have individual reservation info until after the block cutoff date).

The cutoff date for accepting reservations into the ICMG Block is January 7, 2011.

*You can also modify your reservation using the online reservation system via the Already Registered link. You will need the confirmation number that was emailed to you when you made the reservation. Log in with that and enter your name, company, and email the same way you did when you made the reservation. To edit the hotel reservation, click the "My Travel" tab on the left. Two more options will appear under that; click the "Travel Request" tab. That will take you to your reservation page. Scroll down half way and you'll see an "Edit" button next to your current request. Modify the reservation as needed and then click "OK" when you are finished. Since the rooming list is not going to Doral until January 7, any changes made in the system before that date will be reflected in your final reservation. Golf

The ICMG Golf Tournament benefitting The First Tee will be held at Doral's Gold Course. PGA Tour legend Raymond Floyd recently redesigned this course to follow a traditional Florida layout, incorporating gently contoured greens, strategic bunkering and water surrounding 16 holes. The course features narrow, tree-lined fairways and finishes with a dramatic par-4 island green on the 18th hole.

Bossa Nova Lounge
Get your swing on at Doral's newest addition, Bossa Nova Lounge, located in the resort club house lobby level. Bossa Nova features Latin-inspired tapas with hand-crafted specialty drinks, and a unique selection of boutique sipping rums, all in a comfortable and contemporary space, enlivened by the sounds of live Latin music. Hours: Daily, 4pm - 12am - Live Entertainment daily between 8pm-11pm. Location: Lobby Level, Main Clubhouse.

Mesazul Steakhouse
The newly renovated restaurant features a Latin-inspired spin on the classic American steakhouse with a lively, sophisticated and inviting atmosphere. Hours: Weekday Lunch buffet 12pm-3pm and Dinner 6pm-10pm. Location: Lobby Level, Main Clubhouse.

Champions Sports Bar & Grill
Warm and inviting with a clubby appeal, our sports bar and grill offers premium refreshment and good times. Order your favorite beverage and a hearty sandwiches, then catch sports action on one of our large-screen televisions. Champions is a favorite spot to stop by for a drink before dinner or relax and recharge after a day on the links. Hours: Daily, 11 am - 1 am. Location: Lower Lobby Level, Main Clubhouse, across from Terrazza Restaurant & Cafe.

Bungalou's Bar & Grill
A combination of Florida sunshine and Caribbean atmosphere will lure you to this poolside retreat again and again. Natural lighting, outdoor seating and fresh, light menu selections make Bungalou's a great place to meet friends or grab a quick bite. Sit back, order an icy thirst-quencher and watch as the sun sinks into the horizon! Hours: Daily, 11 am - 6 pm. Location: In the Blue Lagoon area, near Zero Entry pool.

Cascades Bar
All-natural fresh juices, smoothies and power drinks are served up with flair in the delightfully relaxed, serene surroundings of The Spa at Doral. It's the perfect combination of healthy and delicious-so go ahead and relax with a sigh poolside at The Spa and enjoy! Hours: Daily, 11am-4pm (In season). Location: Spa Outdoor Pool.

Java Zone
What better way to start your day than dropping by for a freshly brewed cup of Starbucks blend coffee? We also offer a variety of sandwiches, pastries and ice cream ideal for a quick bite or lunch to go. Computer workstations are available for guest use here, too. Hours: Daily, 6 am - 9 pm. Location: Lobby Level, adjacent to Terrazza restaurant.

Terrazza Restaurant and Cafe
Freshly brewed coffee, housemade pastries and a great selection of breakfast favorites await in the casual surroundings and relaxed atmosphere at Terrazza Restaurant and Cafe. Terrazza also has a convenient take-out counter with deli-style sandwiches, light fare and beverages packaged to take with you. Breakfast: Monday-Friday, 6 am -11 am, Saturday & Sunday 6am-11:30am. Location: Lower Lobby Level, Main Clubhouse, near Champions Sports Bar & Grill.

Miami International Airport is located just 9.2 miles (about 15 minutes travel time) from the Resort. Fort Lauderdale International Airport is 29.8 miles (42 minutes travel time).
