Curt brings a sharp focus and a decade of consulting and management experience to his position as Vice President of Spencer Johnson Partners.

His work with companies like Frito-Lay, COX, McDonalds, the US Navy, and VMware has shown that Curt is not only able to help organizations face change and succeed, but the employees as well.

Prior to joining Spencer Johnson Partners, Curt worked as the Vice President of Sales with Right Management Consultants and as a Senior Account Executive for the Covey Leadership Center. His extensive experience has benefited many Fortune 500 companies, including AT&T, Sun Microsystems, Wells Fargo Bank, Verizon, Hewlett Packard, BMW, and Starbucks.

Curt earned his business degree from the University of Utah and resides in the Rocky Mountains with his wife and three children.
