Reservations

ICMG's special discounted rate for the meeting week is $229 per night single/double, with no resort fee and complimentary in-room internet and parking (perks you will not get with an online reservation discounter). Staying in the ICMG room block is important for the extra networking and time to connect with other attendees, so make your reservations early! Extend your stay for up to three days before and after the meeting at the group rate (based on availability). Note: stay over Friday and Saturday night for $160/night in the ICMG room block!

Reservations were collected until December 27 by ICMG's housing coordinator Empire Meeting Solutions. The cutoff date for accepting reservations into the ICMG Block has been extended to December 30, 2011.

NOTE: It came to our attention that a company called Convention Housing Services has been contacting ICMG attendees without our authorization and quoting a rate that appears lower than our group rate of $229. ICMG has no relationship with this company. Our group rate includes the $30 resort fee, parking, and in-room internet, so it is the best deal available anywhere!

The ICMG Golf Tournament benefitting The First Tee will be held at the Arizona Grand Resort on February 2. Golfers meander through the majestic beauty of Arizona's South Mountain Park, a protected natural desert preserve. Dramatic elevation changes and breathtaking mountain vistas highlight the diverse and challenging Par 71 layout. The course complements the grandeur of its spectacular Sonoran desert surroundings with stunning resort conditions and a service staff committed to creating exceptional experiences for players of all ability levels.

Onsite Dining

Getting There

Sky Harbor International Airport is located just 9.1 miles (about 15 minutes travel time) from the Resort. Directions from the car rental station at Sky Harbor Airport:

• Exit the Car Rental Center and turn left onto Sky Harbor Circle South.
• Turn RIGHT onto Buckeye Road.
• Stay in the right lane and turn right onto the I-10 East Freeway.
• Stay on I-10 East until exit 155, Baseline Road.
• Turn RIGHT onto Baseline Road.
• Turn LEFT onto S. Arizona Grand Parkway Phoenix.
