Information for Exhibitors

As an exhibitor, you'll reach hundreds of senior insurance & financial services executives. There is no better place to meet decisionmakers looking to learn about potential alliances, new products and services, and ideas to improve their business.

Benefits of Exhibiting

2013 Exhibit Fees are $2090 for members, $2590 for nonmembers. The Exhibit fee includes the following:

  • Approximately 5 Concentrated Hours of exhibit time - plus additional free networking time. Booth time is concentrated in the middle of the meeting, from the first evening to the second evening, to maximize traffic. In addition to meeting attendees in the exhibit booth, the rest of the conference is available for less formal networking and meeting with attendees of interest.
  • Two Exhibitor Registrations to the conference. Exhibitors can attend all three days of the conference for maximum networking opportunities. Additional exhibitors may be added for $765 each.
  • Exhibit Booth: 8' deep x 10' wide with 8' high back wall and 3' side rails. Includes one 6' draped table, two chairs, wastebasket, and a sign with company name and booth number.
  • Mailing List: Exhibiting companies may send one mailing to all ICMG members before or after the conference. The mailing list will be sent to the exhibiting company's contact person 3 weeks before the conference unless requested at a different time. New this year: attendees will be able to opt in to receive an email from each exhibitor as well. The list will be distributed approximately one week out.   • Take-Home Exhibit Hall Guide: ICMG's printed Exhibit Hall Guide, distributed onsite to all attendees, includes full company and contact information as well as a paragraph up to 100 words for each exhibiting company.
  • Security Service: The Exhibit Hall will be monitored by a security guard; however, exhibitors are responsible for their property and should insure any valuables.

How To Register as an Exhibitor

To register as an Exhibitor, please submit the Exhibit Commitment Form. The person listed as the contact on that form will receive the Exhibitor Info Form to complete. By early December the contact person will receive the Exhibitor Service Kit, which has forms for ordering electrical service and shipping information. ICMG Mailing List
Each exhibiting company may send one mailing to ICMG members before or after the conference. The list was be sent to the Contact Person listed on the Exhibit Commitment Form on January 9. Click the link above to contact ICMG if you need your copy resent.

ICMG will also provide single-use emails of attendees who opt in, approximately 1 week out.
