ICMG 2013 Annual Meeting Registration
Advance registration for the meeting is now closed. You are welcome to attend! Please print out the PDF Registration form, which includes both the Registration Fee and Membership in ICMG for 2013 (required for all meeting attendees), and bring it to the ICMG Registration Desk at the Vinoy Resort, Grand Ballroom Foyer, between 11am and 1pm. We will prepare a name badge and photo card for you at that time. You won't be in the Attendee List handed out at check-in but we will be posting an updated list later electronically and will produce a final attendee list that will be made available after the conference to all attendees. You need to have a paid 2013 ICMG Membership in order to be an attendee at the ICMG Annual Meeting. 2013 Dues cover January 1 through December 31, 2013 and are $175 per individual, NOT per company. Dues are in addition to the registration fee. The only exception is for additional exhibitors attending with an existing exhibit.
Not only are ICMG members eligible to attend the Annual Meeting, members also receive instant access to the ICMG members-only features at www.icmg.org, including online searchable member profiles, searchable index of newsletter articles, Alliance Forum, and more. After the Annual Meeting, members will receive the 2013 Membership Directory, plus newsletters that provide information on ICMG members, alliances, and industry issues. If you are not yet a member of ICMG, view the Eligibility Requirements and join. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, you can attend as an Exhibitor - click on Info for Exhibitors.

NOTE: If you are substituting for a paid attendee who cannot attend, please complete the form and payment section anyway, and mark the box that indicates "Please check - I believe payment has already been made."
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax (888-220-5492) or mail (ICMG, 44335 Premier Plaza Suite 125, Ashburn, VA 20147). Full refund if cancellation notice received by 1/1/2013, 50% refund if cancellation notice received 1/2/2013 to 1/15/2013. No refunds after 1/15/2013. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
