Housing Reservations

ICMG's room block deadline at the Renaissance Vinoy Resort was January 7, 2013. You may still try to get in by contacting the resort at 727-894-1000, ask for Reservations, and then mention you're with the group ICMG. If they can accept your reservation but cannot make it within the ICMG block, go ahead and take the room, and send an email to tara@empiremeetings.com to let us know you are booked but outside ICMG's block.

ICMG's rates, $249 on the nights of January 29-31 plus up to two days before and after, include the following negotiated benefits that are not available with other discounters' rates - be sure to ask about these policies if you're thinking of booking through an online discounter or travel agent. Rooms in ICMG's block receive:

By booking within our block you also help ICMG receive full credit for all attendees staying in the resort because of the ICMG meeting.

Waiting List for the Vinoy

If you call the Vinoy and find they are sold out, you can get on a waiting list by sending your contact info, arrival and departure dates in an email with the subject ICMG WAITING LIST to ICMG's housing coordinator Empire Meeting Solutions, tara@empiremeetings.com.

For assistance making hotel reservations nearby you can use Empire's travel service by calling Greg or Tina at (800)456-6778.

Don't be fooled by imposters

Last year a fax was sent out to ICMG exhibitors telling them to make their hotel reservations. It did not come from ICMG and the vendor was not authorized by us or by the resort to sell rooms in ICMG's block or any other block. Reserve through the link above to make sure you're in ICMG's room block.

Changes or Cancellations of Existing Reservations
