Health/Safety information for those attending the ICMG event

The hotel and event center have put in place preventative measures for your health and safety. They comply with CDC Guidelines as well as guidance from State and Local authorities. Even so, the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing.

The Inter-Company Marketing Group (ICMG) cannot guarantee that you will not become ill. While steps are being taken to minimize potential risks and exposure there is still an ongoing chance of becoming ill. This exposure may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to, hotel, event center and event staff and other attendees.

If you attend an ICMG event, you agree that:

• You will not attend the event if you are experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.
• You will not attend the event if you have tested positive for any virus within 14 days of the event.
• You will not attend the event if you believe you have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of any virus.
• You will follow all CDC recommended guidelines to the extent possible.

If you attend the event in person, you hereby release and agree to hold the Inter-Company Marketing Group harmless from, and waive on behalf of yourself, your heirs, and any personal representatives, any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to yourself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the Inter-Company Marketing Group, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from the Inter-Company Marketing Group or attendance at the ICMG event. 

By checking “Yes” on the registration form regarding this information, you understand that this release discharges the Inter-Company Marketing Group from any liability or claim that you, your heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the Inter-Company Marketing Group with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from the Inter-Company Marketing Group or attendance at the Inter-Company Marketing Group event. This liability waiver and release extends to the Inter-Company Marketing Group together with all board members, staff, and the Inter-Company Marketing Group management company and staff.
