Membership Dues

Membership dues are not refundable.

Conference Registration

Full refunds will be processed for cancellations received by December 31 prior to the conference. Cancellation requests received between January 1 and January 15 prior to the conference will be refunded at 50%. Cancellation requests received after January 15 prior to the conference will not be refunded. Request must be in writing and sent via fax to (316) 252-3368, via email to administration@icmg.org, or by mail to ICMG, PO Box 865, McPherson, KS 67460. Substitutions are allowed at no charge and must be in writing.

Sponsor and Exhibitor Fees

Full refunds will be processed for cancellations received by November 30 prior to the conference. Cancellation requests received between December 1 and December 30 prior to the conference will be refunded at 50%. Cancellation requests received after December 30 prior to the conference will not be refunded. Substitutions are allowed at no charge and must be in writing.

Special cancellation / refund policy for the 2021 conference

In these uncertain times, we recognize the need for flexibility. As a result, the board of directors has approved a special cancellation / refund policy that applies for the 2021 conference.

Conference Registrations:
If ICMG is unable to host the in-person conference, we will still host a virtual conference. If the price of the conference is reduced as a result, you will receive a refund for any price difference already paid. If you are unable to participate in the virtual conference and you let us know in writing prior to the start of the conference, we will waive the cancellation fee.

Sponsor and Exhibitor Fees: 
The normal cancellation date of November 30 for a full refund has been extended until December 31.
In addition, if ICMG is unable to host the in-person conference and the sponsor or exhibitor does not wish to be a virtual sponsor or exhibitor, any amounts already paid will be refunded if we are notified by January 15. They are still welcome to attend the conference. If they do choose to attend, price adjustments will be made without regard to a cancellation fee and the price difference will be refunded. 

ICMG will reach out to attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and let them know their options if a decision is made to switch to a full virtual conference. We continue to work with the hotel to make sure we can hold the conference safely and within compliance of Palm Beach County guidelines.

Also, we will be hosting several pre-conference networking events so you can become familiar with the technology we are using for our networking and exhibit halls to see how easy it is to make connections. It is definitely NOT just another zoom call!
